Logical blocks enable to combine rules, using logical blocks “AND” and “OR”. Rules are united by logical block “AND” by default. Blocks “AND” and “OR” can be used without limits and alternated with each other. For example, using “OR”, you can relate the Issue box with an Issue that had been sent to the e-mail box “Support”, or contains a category “Standard Support”.
