2. The Sample of Help Desk System Adjustment

To make the Help Desk system work correctly, it is required to adjust :


1)    Email boxes;


2)    Issue boxes;


3)    Autodetection rules (these rules search for key words and other special elements in the email message).


Login to the system as IBN administrator (you must have Administration rights). Go to “Administration – Help Desk Management” in the left menu.
