You can change the name of a role when you save your project as a template for future using. Just type the name of project role in the "Role" field. See the screenshot.

When I tried to create a template I added already some roles which will be afterwords used. Is there any other way to define roles for project template? I just mean when the role does not look like user's name but is a role name in this project for instance.
